We’re looking for our new UX/UI Designer to join our global design team of 30 designers and video producers.

If you are an analytical, empathetic, and creative UX/UI designer who is excited to understand user needs, you love gathering insights to inspire and inform your designs as well as working together to transform those findings into impactful solutions, then this is definitely a role for you!

The Contentsquare Studio has members in New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Singapore. This mission could start as soon as possible.

You will report into the UX/UI design Western Europe Lead based in Paris, collaborating every day with the global UX/UI design and client facing teams.

What you will do

• Train our customers on how to solve their UX problems with graphical recommendations based on data
• Prepare consulting workshops responding to UI/UX customers’ needs
• Solve UX problems with operational recommendations based on data for our prospects and clients
• Create wireframes & mockups using traditional UX expertise and Contentsquare data
• Support the team collaborating to some brand design assets: dedicated landing pages, website pages
• Collaborate in building projects (about Contentsquare expertise, hackathon projects, …) from conception to UX/UI design
• Contribute daily to Contentsquare UX/UI expertise thanks to our global team of designers
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer experience teams to share UX/UI insights on some reports, meetings, events, …

This role is open to full remote in Western Europe - you must be in the same time zone than France.

What we’re looking for

• You have 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design (this is not an entry-level role)
• You’re fluent in French and English (you will be in contact with a majority of French-speaking clients, but will still have international clients and will evolve in a truly international company).
• You have a good knowledge of the French market and e-commerce sector
• You regularly keep up to date with design/industry knowledge and benchmarks and have a solid knowledge of e-commerce sector: UX/UI best practices
• You have solid knowledge of prototype tools: Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
• You know how to make great presentations using Google Slides and are comfortable talking to internal and external key stakeholders
