As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide critical recruiting support to the Tech Talent Acquisition team.  You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are seamless and progressing efficiently, and updating appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. 

What you’ll do:

  • Help manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, Lever
  • Coordinate and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers and the interview panel
  • Act as a key point of contact for all candidates, managing communications and guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Support other including but not limited to managing job postings, developing interview kits, drafting offer letters and contracts, posting job announcements internally as well as externally to LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Help launch new recruitments by working across teams with other departments
  • Assist with strategic talent acquisition and other ad hoc projects
  • Gain exposure to a global recruitment function
  • What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 1+ year of experience coordinating high volume of interviews (Internships included)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience excelling in high-velocity environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • English language skills
  • Experience with Google apps (Sheets, Slides, Doc)
  • Experience with Microsoft Programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
  • Approachable, with excellent people interaction and customer service skills
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and are eager to learn
  • Previous recruiting/HR internship experience strongly preferred
  • Fluent in French & English
