We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our UK Financial Services team and drive growth.

The role and responsibilities

  • As a Sales Director you will be responsible for building Contentsquare’s pipeline, driving revenue, and ensuring long-term success in the region with a particular focus on the Financial Services sector. 
  • Drive revenue growth and manage our Enterprise Financial Services Sales team to prospect, win and grow the assigned territory. 
  • Be recognised as a sales leader throughout the company – shaping and implementing a sales strategy in the region within the financial services sector
  • We are looking for a high-energy sales leader who will thrive in our environment, become a strategic partner in the business, develop and execute strategy and lead a team to success 
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and manage with data proactive 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while continuing to build sales pipeline 
  • Ability to create proposals and negotiate contracts, conduct demos and webinar presentations, work trade shows, or other corporate sales events 
  • What we expect of you

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales management in the Financial Services industry 
  • Proven sales skills in prospecting, presenting and closing 
  • Extensive experience generating sales revenues, negotiating and closing clients to meet or exceed quota 
  • Demonstrated history of building lasting relationships
  • Goal oriented and performance drivenExperience leading or mentoring a team to success
  • Excellent verbal and written reasoning skills
