The Contentsquare Knowledge Management Team is responsible for making sure that key information is timely spread to our internal stakeholders, easy to find, and well-understood.

We believe that the Knowledge Manager role is essential to keep up with our growing organization.

By monitoring the Internal Knowledge Base and instilling best practices,  the Knowledge Manager plays a key role in guiding all employees into efficiency by helping them quickly find the information they need on a daily basis.

You will report to our Knowledge Manager in charge of corporate actions, based in Paris.

What will your job look like? You will:

  • Administrate our knowledge base, Confluence, and guarantee content updates and relevance
  •  Monitor Confluence KPIs to drive the KM roadmap and actions on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop the overall KM Strategy by helping the KM team produce corporate guideline and monitoring their execution and effectiveness
  • Partner with selected teams to define their knowledge management workflows and guide them into adopting relevant best practices, becoming their trusted advisor and major contact point for information accessibility
  • Train selected teams on Confluence usage and best practices
  • Provide coaching and consultation on knowledge management topics to improve self-search and trust in the information that is found, as well as engagement in knowledge-management actions
  • We’d love to meet you if:

  • You understand Knowledge Management concepts and can adapt theory to field requirements with agility and empathy.
  • You are proactive in finding new solutions to share or create information efficiently. You have already worked with at least one knowledge base solution.
  • You know that knowledge management is key for a company to grow and stabilize, and you are able to convince other stakeholders of the importance of such efforts when necessary.
  • You are passionate about information dissemination, search, and organization. You are eager to understand the way all teams work, and what their needs and habits are. 
  • You are a real team player and you enjoy collaborating with people every day.
  • You can multitask, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines to meet and dynamic people by your side.
  • Your written skills are excellent and you are fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • How to stand out from the crowd (not mandatory):

  • Experience working with Confluence, Jira, Slack, Google Drive, Google Analytics
  • Interest in Web Analytics and UX
  • You speak french
