In a few words

We’re looking for a People Analytics Manager, to join our global People’s team, with members in New York, London, Paris, and Israel!

Reporting to Sarah, our VP Organisational Development and People Effectiveness, based in Paris, you will have a global scope and be our first People Analytics Manager.

You will be the gate keeper of all the data behind our HR data, then translate it into stories to drive decisions, identify areas for improvement and build appropriate new projects.

What you will do:

  • Create and/or execute the people analytics vision and strategy, enabling solutions that cut across the entire employee lifecycle, in alignment with HR and business leadership priorities and stakeholder requirements
  • Develop Influential Visuals and Stories – effectively translate data collection methodologies and analytical results into stories and presentations that help organisational leaders to understand the opportunities, most impactful findings, and to otherwise inform decision making / action-planning
  • Lead Deep Dive Analysis – manipulate, integrate and transform data through a variety of tools to determine trends or address hypotheses
  • Provide support as needed to data requests and custom needs as well as take on project roles related to workforce analytics

Profil recherché

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Fluent English - French skills will be a plus!
  • At least 5 years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data, ideally HR data
  • Behavioral Science, Decision Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, or other quantitative field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in data mining, data cleansing, predictive modeling
  • Ability to conduct analyses (incorporating data from multiple sources) to identify patterns and trends
  • Ability to tell compelling stories with data
  • You thrive in fast paced dynamic environments
