The Field Enablement Team is looking for a passionate and driven Enablement Manager based in the UK but with Global responsibilities.

The Enablement Manager will be a critical part of the team; taking on responsibilities for creation, delivery, strategy, and execution. We’re looking for a dynamic individual that can not only command an audience and deliver training and enablement content in a very engaging way, but can also create compelling content, think strategically, and meet deadlines. Solid project and time management skills are key.

This role will work closely with the entire Field Enablement Team - especially with their Enablement counterpart in North America - and will report to the Vice President of Global Enablement.

What you'll do!

  • Create content with a focus upon the selling of Contentsquare products including:
  • Messaging in a Sales Cycle
  • Demonstration in the Sales/Customer life cycle
  • Value Proposition in the Sales Cycle
  • Sales Methodology and Execution 
  • Technical skill development content in support of sales and services
  • Deliver material to the field via live and/or recorded medium for the purpose of instruction:
  • Learning Tracks - official learning curriculum from our LMS
  • Live Instruction - Boot Camps, Workshops, role-plays and various other live modalities for the purpose of engaging students in instruction with hands-on, discussion, or practicum as reinforcement.
  • Provide guidance (in the form of best practices, templates and/or  structure/direction) for other groups creating/delivering material to the field for the purposes of actions/activities that impact customer-facing interactions. Such as:
  • Guiding non-Field Enablement creators in the delivery of training materials to learners under Field Enablements charter to better communicate concepts to this audience based upon their specific needs.
  • Assisting in the delivery of content for content creators by providing direct or indirect guidance around methods, vehicles, or platforms to best serve the audience under Field Enablement’s charter.
  • Editorial / Production guidance related to materials created by other content creators meant for consumption by the audience under Field Enablement’s charter.
  • Enablement Management:  Maintain and manage the timing of delivery.  Working with Field leadership, manage the timing of enablement delivery to be optimized with the selling calendar.
  • What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • At least ten years of relevant experience - enablement, sales, sales leadership, pre-sales, customer success, product management
  • Experience managing LMS and CMS systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management or organizational skills and an ability to multitask
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Flexibility, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand stakeholders' needs
  • Passionate about enablement and how it can transform businesses
  • Ability to travel as required
  • What Makes You Stand Out from the Crowd

  • Multilingual a plus
  • Five or more years in a Sales Enablement role
  • Expertise with MEDDIC(+)
  • Experience rolling out LMS and CMS systems
  • Deep experience with core enablement skills: value selling, sales process and methodologies, sales coaching, sales skill development, presentation skills
  • Experience in the MarTech industry
