In a few words

We’re looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager, to join our global People’s team, with members in New York, London, Paris, and Israel!

Reporting to Sarah, our VP Organisational Development and People Effectiveness, based in Paris, you will have a global scope and be our first Comp & Ben Manager, with the possibility to manage a specialist later on.

What you will do:

  • Oversee administration of annual short and long term incentive and merit adjustment processes from budget inception through delivery to employees
  • Manage market pricing activities including job matching, data analytics, and job pricing, including analysis of bonus and long-term incentive compensation practices and staffing trends
  • Design the basic compensation structures in the organisation (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
  • Lead the implementation and administering of benefit programs, including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, employee assistance, retirement and other plans
  • Plan, lead and execute on the analysis and modeling of compensation and job leveling activities
  • Manage relationship with benefits brokers to ensure the benefits are market competitive and cost efficient
  • Conduct ongoing research for improving effectiveness of compensation plans as it relates to market competitiveness to attract and retain employees
  • Train HR Business Partners and line managers in the compensation area (pay for perform or pay-mix plans)
  • Stay up-to-date on current compensation-related legislation in each of our jurisdictions
  • Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations

Profil recherché

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Fluent English - French skills will be a plus!
  • At least five years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a related role, in fast paced dynamic environment
  • Experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation, structures and systems in the US + in one European country at least
  • Excel skills, financial acumen and proven analytical, modeling and reporting skills
  • Sales Compensation experience
