Computacenter France is looking for its future IT Transition & Business Take On Specialist within our teams in Paris (XVIIème). 

Your tasks

If our customers rely 100% on Computacenter, that is only half the truth. The other is: Our customers rely on you! Because you play the decisive role in outsourcing projects and carry out complex GTS projects with a focus on the product and service business. Of course, you will contribute your expertise already during the bidding phase by supporting the deal team and subsequently developing a concept that guarantees a smooth implementation. Your implementation expertise is impressive: Assemble the right team, lead them professionally and motivate them? Define the scope of the assignment? Acting as the single point of contact for both the customer and the organisational units involved, such as our factory units and possible subcontractors, during the implementation phase? You succeed in all this and much more in an exemplary manner.

The core tasks of your job are:
- Planning (presales), management and leadership of complex IT operations implementation projects and operating adequate and timely escalation management
- Responsibility for the customer interface with the associated budget and process responsibility
- Ensuring a successful implementation of won T&T bids in time, quality and budget in compliance with the applicable CC-PM standards
- Implementation and execution of CC project cost control procedures including risk and claim management
- And you also look after and advise our customers after the contract has been concluded

Your profile

Ensuring the best possible performance within the respective budget framework - that is your challenge. And it's anything but new: You are familiar with the aforementioned tasks and know what is important in the conceptual design and implementation of operational processes (ITIL) as well as the active design of change processes in the area of IT infrastructure.

Specifically, you bring the following with you:
- Experience in the product business of approx. 3-5 years
- Very good experience in project management (incl. risk and change management)
- Ideally experience in the environment of outsourcing/managed service transitions
- Confident in common project management methods and tools, such as PMI, Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint 
- Very good facilitation skills and the ability to consider complex contexts in a T&T implementation
- You are confident enough to drive a project forward with the involvement of all stakeholders. 
- Written and spoken business English skills round off your abilities
