At Comet, we firmly believe freelancing is a major component of the future of work. Our ambition is to empower both freelancers and companies through a frictionless collaborative experience.

So far, we have built :
• An easy-to-use platform to help companies find the best freelancers within 48h;
• A in-house algorithm to match talents with projects they care about;
• A vibrant and skilled community of 8500+ vetted tech and data experts;
• A new product named “Staar.co” to connect freelancer with agency and ESN;

Our achievements allowed us to raise 16 million Series A with seasoned investors (2018 ; Daphni, Otium,Kima Ventures) who trusted us to reach higher ground.

We are currently 40-strong team members but we intend to surdeliver for the upcoming year on an international scale.

Your Missions (if you accept them):

Daily finance operations:

• Manage the purchase orders of our Enterprise clients
• Support our clients and freelancers on the invoicing and payment processes
• Manage our clients accounts with our credit insurer
• Billing support

Accounts receivables

• Optimize and handle the cash collection

Monthly cut-off

• Prepare the csv files to be uploaded in our ERP ( Netsuite)
• Manage the factoring reconciliation
• Update the monthly reporting

Business Intelligence

• Support the implementation of new dashboards

Administrative support

• Support the team members onboarding and offboarding
• Update the HR files
• Miscellaneous support

Your profile:

• Prepare a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Proactive, organized and accountable
• Rigorous
• Team play
• Excel and gsheet skills
