As a Software Engineer, your role is to help the engineering team to deliver on the strategic roadmap defined by the CTO under his supervision.

Your missions ? ✨

• Individual contribution
  Ensure the development of new functionalities and the maintenance of the existing codebase.

• Technical expertise
  Provide insight and guidance to the team on all technological aspects. Conduct tech research, align choices, share knowledge, etc.

• Project leadership
  Lead specific projects, ensure timely delivery, maintain productivity and ambience, report efficiently. Assist the engineering team for optimal delivery of the roadmap.

Skills

• You have 3 years minimum as a software engineer with Ruby

• You have an engineer mindset, you understand complexity tradeoffs and can weigh in on decisions

• You have perspective on technologies, patterns, standards, workflows, work methods and tools

• You understand the business side of things, you can balance execution and report efficiently

• You enjoy learning and sharing continuously on all of these subjects

• Speaking French isn’t necessary (we can help your learning if you don’t!), but speaking fluent English is.
