Your mission ?

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have to play a very strategic role within the company and will be highly involved in the exciting adventure of reinventing the way we live in cities.

Your main mission will be to improve our digital platform by building the best experience for both our existing and future tenants and investors.

What would your main missions be?
Product expertise: Your mission will be to have the finest knowledge of our customers and to adapt our feature set to them and to all of our product line in real time.
Project leadership: You will work closely with Tech, Development and Expansion teams in order to align them on the product vision of Colonies and optimise our processes, every step of the way.
Long term vision definition: With the rest of the team you’ll translate the company vision into a comprehensive strategy.

Your skills ?

You have a Product mindset, you understand complexity tradeoffs and can weigh in on decisions that will make our tenants lives better.
You understand the business side of things, you can balance execution and report efficiently
You enjoy learning and sharing continuously on all of these subjects.
Speaking French isn’t necessary (we can help your learning if you don’t!), but speaking fluent English is.
Knowledge of the real estate domain is appreciated.
Knowledge of the Shape Up methodology is appreciated.

Our methodology ?
We mainly work with Shape Up from Basecamp but in a 4 weeks cycles rhythm.

Recruitment process

If your profile fits, you’ll have a chat with a recruitment team member and one of our tech leads , for them to meet you and better understand who you are.
We’ll have a 2nd chat in which you’ll meet part of the Digital Team, again so you can get to know each other.
We’ll follow up with an at-home exercise which we’ll use as a base for a discussion with the team. We strive to make our tests relevant and fair (no working on solving for us existing problems for free).
