In strong growth, Colonies is looking to expand its legal team! Will you be our new real estate lawyer (scope : France, BENELUX, Allemagne, other European countries) ?

Your mission ? 🚀

• Real estate focus : drafting and negotiation of letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, BEFA, commercial leases, civil leases, various leases, management mandates, in conjunction with lawyers or not
• Research and drafting of memos for operational staff on various subjects related to real estate (commercial leases, Hoguet Law, Law of 1989, urban issues, etc.)
• Answers to specific requests from operational staff
• Supporting our Head of legal, Morgane, on all subjects other than real estate (insurance, compliance, corporate, various contracts related to the activity of Colonies.)

Your profile ? 👀

Do you have a degree from a law school and/or specialise in real estate? Do you have two to four years' experience in a similar role? Are you fluent in English? Are you looking for a challenge combining rigour, curiosity and a touch of madness?
