MAIN MISSION

In order to offer as many opportunities as possible to these new urbanites, Colonies aims at developing its portfolio of residences in operation.

Reporting to the International Expansion Manager, your will be responsible of contributing to the analysis, selection, and development of the future cities for Colonies.

You will assist on the lead projects progress by interfacing with our various partners (investors, developers, architects, brokers, lawyers) and coordinating internally with other teams (architecture, construction, experience, etc.).

YOUR MISSIONS

As part of the Colonies Everywhere team, you will contribute to the entire expansion of the company abroad, this meaning:

• Sourcing: you will collect and analyze information to identify new trends of living all around Europe including market studies, visit sites, establish preliminary evaluations of opportunities; You will contribute to build the local networks (brokers/ investors) in the target cities

• Feasibility: you will contribute to adapt the Colonies product to the local markets. From the initial technical feasibility assessment of the assets, you will work on the financial modeling adapted to each location, acquiring a deeper knowledge of every target city

• Contractualization: you will learn the different deal structures and ways of negotiation with investors, developers and other landlord and will have the opportunity to present different opportunities in our investment committee with the Founders

• Follow-up of execution: you’ll follow up on parts of the projects progress to ensure an efficient delivery and opening

• Pre-opening: you will prepare the launch of new buildings in coordination with the Experience Manager (price monitoring, marketing support, photo shooting, etc.)

YOUR SKILLS

• You have graduated or are about to graduate in a business/engineering program and had some previous experience through other internships in finance/consulting/business development
• You are excited to participate in an entrepreneurial adventure
• You are willing to step out of your comfort zone and embrace change and diverse tasks
• You are caring and ambitious and expect the same from your colleagues
• You have a sense of humor and can step back
• You have a desire to change the world
• You are fluent in English
• The knowledge of French or German language are a plus for the job
