The context 🏡

As part of its strong growth, Colonies is looking for a development manager to help it grow and consolidate its market on two key projects in France : coliving and supercolocs!

Your mission? 💼

• You will be responsible for the development of the French real estate market,
• You will be responsible for the development of the company's activities in France and in the rest of the world, and will be responsible for the following
• You will also be responsible for: * Identifying and negotiating new opportunities in Coliving (houses) or Colocations (flats),
• Modeling of projects and presentation internally and to our investor partners,
• Negotiation with the various parties involved (construction team, architect, marketing, management),
• Monitoring of projects until acquisition,
• Management of a team.

Your profile 🎩

With a BAC+4/5 and a passion for the world of real estate, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar job, ideally acquired in a fast growing environment? You already have a first experience in management: passing on your knowledge and making others grow help you get up in the morning 🐥 ? Organised, analytical, flushing out the next coliving for Colonies resonates in you as a real challenge?
