As part of its current strong growth, Colonies is looking for its new development manager France Large Projects!Reporting to the Director of Development Large Projects France, you will be responsible for securing the future opening of new large coliving residences, by finding new development opportunities.

Your mission? 💼

• Sourcing- Responding to requests from partners for potential locations in France- Ensuring consistency between the intrinsic characteristics and the progress of the project- Analyse the situation and formulate proposals and an effective partnership strategy for the internal investment committee
• Feasibility- Define the necessary adaptations to the Colonies product- Reflect on the plans for the future residence with the internal architectural team- Participate in the definition of the technical specifications- Carrying out the financial modelling of the project, coordinating the relationship with the investor, the architect, the developer, etc.
• Contractualisation- Ensuring the security of Colonies' positions- Manage the negotiation of offer letters, commercial leases or management contracts, with the support of the legal department- Participate in the tripartite negotiations of promises and deeds of sale between the developer and the investor
• Realization- Working closely with the Project Management team in charge of the development of the project once the lease has been signed and until the residence opens to the public- Ensuring the consistency of the approach, the opening of residences in compliance with the given criteria (quality, deadlines, budgets).
