The context 🏡

Our 4 houses in Fontainebleau marked the beginning of Colonies' history. Located near higher education institutions, they welcome many international students every year and facilitate their integration by offering them turnkey accommodation and a life experience within a new community.

Your challenge? 🏆

As a Customer Experience, you are ambassador for Colonies. Your main responsibility is to commercialize the residence of Fontainebleau and increase our tenants satisfaction by developing the best possible customer relationship. With this in mind, you make sure to understand their needs, answer their questions and solve the issues they could meet during their stay.

In addition, you are in charge of the customer journey, you make sure our tenants have the best customer experience. You build a community of delighted tenants, gather feedback and share it with our team to help us strengthen Colonies’ position on the market!

Your missions? 💼

Sales

  • Qualify and convert leads generated by the Acquisition team.
  • Select tenants according to criteria defined internally to maximize harmony between residents of the same house.
  • Manage the room reservation process.

Customer care

  • Build a sustainable trustworthy relationship with our tenants through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle their requests (via phone and email).
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution.

Daily operations

  • Coordinate suppliers involved in the operations of the houses, supervise the technical interventions required for maintenance purposes (e.g. plumbing, cleaning) and double-check to make sure the work is effectively operated.
  • Organise and follow up the financial life of our tenants.
  • Work closely with other teams (Maintenance, Finance, Marketing...) to ensure the best possible experience to our tenants.

Experience

  • Meet our tenants personally for events, problem solutions or feedback sessions
  • Work on team projects to improve our products
  • Take any extra activity to engage our customers - if you have any activity to suggest to improve our customer satisfaction, we would be glad to hear it 🌟

Your profile 🎩

  • You have a previous experience in a customer facing role - a previous experience in property management is a plus.
  • You are an outgoing and people’s person, you are at ease expressing yourself (both written and orally) with customers.
  • Curious, multi-skilled and independent, you are ready to take part in an exciting adventure!
  • You speak fluently both English and French to feel comfortable when talking with our international team and tenants.
