Following a 7m€ seed fundraising, Collective is accelerating fast and is recruiting top performers to contribute to its growth.
We are looking for a BDR in Paris who will report to the Head of Business Development, become a key member of the Business Development team and work hand in hand with the Growth & Marketing and Business Ops team. As the team is growing, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the sales strategy refinement, our process improvement and team building.
Your mission is to generate thousands of leads to generate revenues by contacting the most ambitious startups/ SMEs of the French ecosystem.
What you will do ⚡
You will directly reach out to prospects to generate qualified leads for the Business Ops team through outbound prospecting with a multi-channel approach
Emailing (relying on support from the Marketing & Growth team)
Build a list of prospects
Set up targeted emailing sequences on Hubspot to make appointments
Track KPIs of these sequences in order to optimize them
Prepare phoning listing and target key decision makers
Conduct several calling sessions per week to evangelize collective model and generate leads to feed our sales pipeline
Track KPIs of these calling sessions to keep on improving our sales pitch & process
Social network (e.g., LinkedIn): identify business opportunities and directly reach out to key contacts
Other levers: proactively try new levers and track results
Attend with all the Business Development team to the biggest events in France where all the startups meet (e.g., France Digitale) to prospect
Follow-up with all the potentiel prospects you’ve met
Hubspot will be your best friend, as you will :
Track rigorously your lead generation with all relevant information (e.g., registered call, notes from calls)
Contribute to improve our KPIs and dashboards
