The main responsabilities: **

• You will have to understand user pains and needs, define problems and identify opportunities
• You will define solutions that address those needs, prioritize and iterate to deliver incremental value
• You will be in charge of your feature: from its need to its deployment
• You will measure the impact of new features, analyze their use, in order to always improve the product
• You will transform your roadmap into a backlog of user stories and plan the developments in co-operation with the developers and the designer of your team
• You will understand the market and the competition
• You will drive the team to focus on the highest priority topics to deliver value in a continuous and incremental way
• As a Senior PM, you will be an asset for the recruitment and have to mentor junior profil

And Who are you?

You are a PM with relevant experience (5 years at least) and a technical background allowing you to understand the connections between business objects, databases, architecture, APIs….

But above all You must be or have :

• Tech fluency: You are constantly curious to understand how things work and you are able to navigate in a technical environment.
• Business oriented: You want to know why and what it will bring us to develop this feature
• Analytical and user-focused: You use data to drive your product decisions
• Collaborative: We are a team that thrives on collective wisdom
• Adaptability: You used to work with uncertainty and you are known for great rigor
• Curious: You have a huge interest in our eco-system and excited to learn some new stuffs
• English speaker : You want to evolve in an international team!

• A case study (at home)
• Visio call with Maxime , a PM and Sarah to talk about the case study ( 1h )
• Meeting withAlexandre, our CTO (30 min)
