    About the Role

    Coinhouse’s mission is to help Companies and Individuals benefit from the cryptocurrency revolution.

    Our marketing team is at the forefront of this mission: they help our clients make the most out of Coinhouse’s platform and services, whether it’s buying, selling or staking cryptocurrencies, or benefiting from our investment services.

    To support our growth, we are looking for an Affiliate manager (Spain) who will manage the relationship with local affiliates to develop our business in the country.

    It is a fast-paced role that fits high-energy, data and performance oriented people, ready to build the crypto bank of tomorrow.

    Job Description

    As part of the Performance Marketing team, the Affiliate Manager reports to the Performance Marketing Manager and the Chief Revenue Officer.

    The job is built around five main missions:

    1. Achieve customer acquisition targets by negotiating affiliation partnerships and managing the relation with our network of partners (newspapers, blogs, influencers)
    2. Coordinate with the Sales & Customer Success team to monitor the quality of the leads and provide a great customer experience
    3. Build up dedicated reportings to communicate internally with the business stakeholders about our results in the country
    4. Coordinate with the Social Media manager to identify potential influencers to partner with
    5. Produce good quality content for our affiliates, with the help of the Content Manager and the Research & Analysis team

    We are thus looking for someone who is passionate about crypto and new technologies, with a result-oriented mindset, and able to create profitable partnerships with both individual influencers and content platforms to help us grow our business in the country.

    Preferred experience

    Main requirements

    • A previous experience in Affiliation, managing partnerships to acquire new customers
    • Data-driven, with an ability to easily analyse business and customer data, draw insights and act on them to improve our efficiency
    • High level of autonomy and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information and customer requests)
    • Ability to take initiatives, suggest new business ideas and process improvements
    • Native in Spanish and fluent in English
    • An effective team worker; naturally collaborative and supportive

    It is advantageous if you have/are

    • A previous experience in a rapidly-growing and / or changing environment
    • Experience in using analytic tools and building / maintaining business monitoring dashboards (e.g. datastudio, spreadsheets)
    • A third language (French / German / Italian) is a plus

    Recruitment process

    1. 1st interview with the Hiring Manager
    2. Test and presentation to a panel of team members (including Branding, Performance and Sales teams)
    3. Last interview with our Chief Revenue Officer
