🥇 Grow and nurture a portfolio of Premium and Business customers by understanding their goals and need
📈 Increase Annual Recurring Revenue through Premium and Premium subscriptions
💎 Give customers a best-in-class experience from transaction execution to crypto expertise
💰 Identify high-value customers through inbound/outbound prospecting campaigns and close them
☀️ Highlight Premium services’ value proposition to raise curiosity and interest
💻 Handle our CRM to focus on activation, retention and up sell
👮‍♂️ Manage clients onboarding according to KYC/AML procedures
🎙️ Represent Coinhouse with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
🌱 Improve Premium/Business offers by working closely with Research, Marketing, Product and BizDev teams

Profil recherché

Skills and profile

Main requirements

  • Strong interest in new technologies and knowledge of the Cryptocurrency/Blockchain sector.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environment and/or in the Tech industry
  • Native in French and a good English is mandatory

It is advantageous if you have/are

  • A previous experience in the crypto industry or trading would be highly beneficial
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn even more
  • An effective team worker; naturally collaborative and supportive
  • Organized, responsive and can easily move between contrasting tasks
  • Rigor and autonomy (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data-oriented
  • Ability to take initiatives, suggest new business ideas and process improvements
  • Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 30-min call with the Hiring Manager
  • Zoom Interviews with different member of the Sales team and tests
  • Interview with other teams (Tech/Research or Compliance for example)
  • Meeting with our CEO
