We are looking for an Onboarding Strategist Assistant M/F within Hatch to help us accelerate our growth and keep a high conversion rate.

Working with the Acquisition Strategist, you will perform the following tasks on a daily basis:

  • 🎯 Look for the right opportunities within the market and build a strong partnership network
  • 📈 Improve the sales process to maximize the conversion rate
  • 🚀 Participate in business development activities
  • 🌞 Provide support to current clients
  • 🔍 Actively contribute to the analysis of business performance and overall business strategy

Profil recherché

💼 With experience in SaaS Sales, Pre-Sales or Post-sales, you feel our offer and company culture suits you well and would like to be able to learn more about the industry and role.

Skills needed:

  • You have great client-facing skills and can understand the strategic implications of client relationship
  • You are autonomous and proactive and long for a position that is both strategy and hands-on
  • You are known to have a critical mindset that will serve you to identify any areas of improvement
  • You have knowledge and are interested in service marketplaces and SaaS software
  • You can watch Netflix in english whithout subtitles and write a summary of the episode. You feel comfortable working in English with clients and colleagues
