We are based on a barge moored by the river Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt, just out of Paris. Our team keeps on growing, as we are always on the lookout for exceptional talent. You could be our next hire! We are looking for a Native Spanish-Speaking Customer Care Agent to assist our clients for the Summer 2020.

Job description

  • Be the first contact between Click&Boat and our users and make sure that Click & Boat achieve its targets in terms of quality of service delivered to our users.
  • Help our members by answering their questions (mail, phone, chat,…): how to use the platform, how to book, managing the oncoming problems.
  • Be a key factor of connection between the Customer Service department and the other Click&Boat teams (Sales, Prospection, Finance, Management…) in order to improve our process and organizational methods.

This job contract requires to be present full-time during June, July and August and to work occasionally on Saturdays and Sundays.

A limited-time contract is possible as well.

Equipe :

  • You will directly report to the International Team Leader and closely work with him/her. On a daily basis, you will also have many interactions with your colleagues of other markets and participate to a good team spirit within the Business Unit
  • You will collaborate on a daily basis with the other departments of Click&Boat like Sales, Prospection and Finance
  • You will join Customer Care’s department of Click&Boat (approximatively 30 employees).

Preferred experience

  • Spanish Native with excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Other language would be a big plus: French, German or Italian.
  • Bachelor or a master degree in Tourism, International Trade, Sales
  • Empathic and solving issue oriented
  • Organized, dynamic and responsible
  • Eager to challenge and be able to manage stressful situations.
  • Loving boats would be a plus
