As a Product Designer you will join our Product Team which gathers Product Management, Product Design and Quality Assurance (11 people including 2 designers). You will work in squads with people from the Engineering Team (20+ developers) and Operations. Our goal is to support the business needs with new features and improvements that will enhance the user experience and the product performances in a continuous effort to build the best boat rental service in the world.

Leader of the boat rental market, Click&Boat is quickly growing on several brands and markets. This is a very interesting period which offers exciting challenges on the design side:

🚀 Missions:

• Full range product · You will contribute to a wide range of projects, applying your expertise to every corner of our products (marketplace, owner tools, apps, etc).
• Discovery · You will conduct user research and data analysis with your PM and the Data Team to state clear problems and inform your design decisions and the product strategy.
• Delivery · You will turn your concept and ideas into comprehensive design (Figma) specifying every flow, screen, and interactions that need to be implemented.
• Design ops · You will participate actively in building our design system and our tools in order to work efficiently and improve the quality of our Website (desktop, mobile) & our App.
• Growing together · You will work closely with other designers, several product managers as well as developers and join a quickly growing team.

• Experienced · You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2C or B2B start-up or scale-up environment.

• Grounded to facts · You rely on user research and data analysis to make decisions and know how to dig into any problem given to find all the information you need to understand it and suggest appropriate solutions (having experience with Content Square gives you extra points).

• Quality delivery · You build high fidelity interfaces for any device/platform (Figma), organize your work for scale (components, design system) and seamlessly hand off your specifications to developers.7
