Each backend developer is empowered to challenge and influence the direction of the features they are working on.

• Coordinate with engineering, product and design leads to define a vision and strategy for your cross-functional team
• Work on building the tools for our mobile application and dashboards to work
• Run interviews to hire new team members
• Design, build, test, document, run, review and maintain code
• Support a critical service used by tens of thousands of users on a daily basis

Our backend is running on NodeJS and GraphQL. Our platform runs on a cluster hosted on GCP, with PostgreSQL as our database of choice, using Redis for our cache management and ELK for logging and auditing, among many other tools, services and applications.
Our frontend is running on React and React Native, with Storybook and Typescript.

As a Lead Dev, you will have to manage, improve and hire developers in order to improve the quality of Choose.

• Have 5 years of experience in NodeJS
• Proficiency in the following technologies: Typescript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, CDN strategy, Express.
• Care about code quality, simplicity, and performance.
• You have solid technical skills and you favor teamwork.

Bonus points

• You have previous experience or background in E-commerce.
