Salesforce is the core system enabling our most important business function: Sales. Your job will be to manage Salesforce, implement improvements, build functionalities and processes, and fix bugs such that it becomes a powerful system that augments our team’s efficiency and performance.

You take ownership of Salesforce and all operational tools and systems connected to Salesforce. You support in shaping the vision for our operations technology.

You leverage your deep technical understanding and expertise in Salesforce to take dreams from idea, to validation and implementation.

Develop a deep understanding of our internal processes and user needs to serve them with candor, patience, and efficiency.

⚙️ Your daily activities will be divided between these different missions: ⚙️
You spend part of your time implementing new features after alignment with the team - you love to think deep and deliver fast. Scalable solutions are what make you happy.

You describe and develop new features for our internal users and work on tickets from the Choco team. As our Salesforce expert, you know how to prioritise the needs of our internal users by balancing urgency with long-term impact.

You communicate with different stakeholders (product, operations, data science, and tech teams) in the company on a daily basis, you understand them, speak their language, and help provide them with the most effective and efficient systems possible.

Apart from Salesforce, you gain a deep understanding of our operations systems and learn to build a smooth and integrated system.


Déroulement des entretiens

💪 What does it take to perform as an Salesforce admin at Choco: 💪

2 must haves:

You have technical experience with Salesforce (automation, workflows and processes) and other technical operations systems in a B2B or B2C sales organization .

You have a service oriented mindset and experience in technical support.

2 nice to have

You have a deep understanding of most of the following: Apex and Visualforce. SQL and Python and/or (web) frontend knowledge are a strong plus.

You have a previous strong experience in a scale-up.

And of course, as we are an international company, you are fluent in English 🇬🇧
