Today, Choco provides a platform connecting restaurants and suppliers resulting in better communication, simplified logistics, and - here comes the big one - less food waste. If you’re looking for a challenging new opportunity and the chance to make a real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.

The role & responsibilities

  • Support our business in the French and Spanish market with legal advice on a broad range of operational and business matters spanning intellectual property, employment, privacy, and competition law
  • Advise, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with third parties such as suppliers, software providers and marketing partners and our customers
  • Instruct external law firms and external counsel as required
  • Work closely with management and the Groups legal team in further developing our operating model to be compliant with the French/Spanish law
  • Manage litigations, investigations and administrative proceedings and acting as contact person for regulators in the region
  • Assist in dealing with all legal matters occurring in connection with our business operations in the US
  • Coordinate corporate housekeeping for our Spanish and French entity

Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position.
