Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position.

What you’ll do

You get to own the payroll process and employment administration for the headquarter and all our offices in the DACH region from A to Z, get to change, adapt and perfect the process around it and make sure it measures up to your own high standards. This position is also possible in an office setup, please apply for the one you prefer.

  • Get to be nerdy: Prepare and provide payroll information in collaboration with the finance team
  • Organize the chaos: update and maintain internal databases for employment related information and documents
  • Connect with everybody: Answer employee queries on payroll and employment related questions
  • Have some more fun: Participate in internal HR Projects

What we’re looking for

  • You know what perfect looks like and want to improve the way we do things when it comes to Payroll & Admin, you have 2+ years of employment administration under your belt
  • You feel comfortable following up and getting information out of colleagues as well as external stakeholders, communication comes easy to you (both in german and english)
  • You think employment law and payroll regulations are fun, "Lohnbuchhaltung" sounds exciting to you, you like the nitty-gritty of it
