The role & responsibilities

  • Take ownership for hiring, building and scaling our sales teams to unprecedented levels. We will look to you to propose, execute and develop localized growth plans at record speed and build an unstoppable growth machine.
  • Have oversight and responsibility for the performance, training and management of your sales team on the entire country (30+ people)
  • Build and manage every department related to Restaurant Acquisition : you will set ambitious targets, and structure the team accordingly with Inside Sales, Field Sales, , etc.
  • Create layers of leadership and management in order to streamline communication and performance to the top

Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position.

Who we’re looking for

  • At least 4 years experience in partnerships, sales, account management or business development team management
  • You have built, led and scaled commercially successful sales teams in the past in successful/impactful companies
  • You have a strong interest in the digitization of the French food industry, the ability to relate to supplier’s day-to-day workflows and pain points, and are passionate to transform the industry with us
  • Proven negotiation ability, closing commercial deals and partnerships
