Meet your team

The Implementation Management Team at Choco strives to ensure vendor success throughout the partnership onboarding and product implementation journey. You will lead the team that supports our Vendor Management team with the execution of deals and partnerships that we’ve closed with vendors.

Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position in Paris.

The role & responsibilities

• Take ownership for hiring, building and scaling our implementation management teams to unprecedented levels, be responsible for the team’s performance and output / collaboration on a global level
• Build and scale our implementation management function, and build the foundation to ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Be the face of Choco inside the French F&B industry and represent our region across the Choco global team
• Introduce product innovations to our industry and help us educate suppliers on digitizing their business
• Be the go-to person to enable us to create exponential growth through supplier relationships, big and small, across France
• Own the performance, training and management of our IM team across the French market
• Build out new processes and introduce workflows to help our teams outperform their targets

Who we’re looking for

• At least 5 years experience in customer success management in B2B
• You have built, led and scaled successful teams in the past in successful/impactful companies
• Experience in leading teams and/or building processes and novel functions
• A can do, roll up your sleeves attitude, willing to hop into things within and outside your swim lane to better the organization
• Experience growing or scaling in France and creating deep market penetration with a product or service
