Our future Head Of Account Management is the general motor and inspiration of all our retention and upselling efforts in France.

As a coach-player, he/she leads the entire team to success!

 

🎯 The 3 objectives we propose you if you join us : 🎯

  • Leading the team into our retaining and upselling efforts to make sure our users are as happy as possible.
  • Hire, train, coach and challenge our AM team on a day to day basis.
  • Using all your analytical to prioritise, anticipate and communicate decisions within Choco.

 

⚙️ Your daily activities will be divided between these different missions: ⚙️

  • You are joining an existing team and your role will be to get more results together. Then you’ll be able to help us scale by being involved in hiring.
  • Organising from a collective and individual perspective the performance of the team.
  • Implementing the tools, techniques and processes you always dreamed about.
  • Having a unique sit in the growth of a one of a kind scale up.

Profil recherché

💪 What does it take to perform as our Head of Sales France at Choco: 💪
 

2 must haves:

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Head of AM / AM Team lead in an ambitious startup or scale up and you want to go to the next step! 

You have this capacity to be data driven and to use your analytical skills to transform data into action plans and you excel in both fields. You are not looking for excuses and you accept your mistakes.

 

3 nice to have

You have a deep understanding about long term retention and up-selling

You are 100% Humble: You join us to learn as much as you can. You are not afraid by someone else’s success, on the contrary, it drives you.

You are 200% Passionate: You need to give a purpose to your day to day activities. Your users’ satisfaction is what matters the most. Your passion is contagious and you love to inspire people around you.

And of course, as we are an international company from the beginning, you are fluent in English 🇬🇧 !


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Resume Screening: we will review your application and send you a message for a first interview or reject your application explaining the reasons.
  2. First interview with one of our Cofounders: This will be the first contact to determine alignments and culture fit.
  3. Business Case & Interview with our COO: After preparing a business case at home, It will be your moment to convince him that you have the right set if skills to perform on this job.
  4. Last interview with our CEO: Up to 45min to convince our Founder & CEO that you have what it takes to become a Chocorian.
  5. A stellar onboarding and the smartest team in the foodspace will be waiting for you ! 🚀
