Meet your team

  • Meet Catarina, who currently owns this function within Choco and who this person would report into
  • Meet Elisabeth, our Chief People Officer, who will work with this person to ensure Choco is in line with best practices

Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position.

What you’ll do

  • Design and further develop Choco’s global compensation strategy based on the market and Choco’s goals
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches Choco’s work and organization culture
  • Keep up to date with salary and labor market best practices to ensure Choco remains competitive
  • Conduct periodic audits, business reviews and more to ensure Choco is continuing to build a best in class strategy
  • Create and analyze job descriptions to ensure the job catalog is up to date

What we’re looking for

  • Someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role designing global compensation packages
  • Experience working in a fast paced /high growth environment and understands the complexities this comes with
  • Experience using a compensation/reward system tools (Comptryx or something similar)
