Missions :

As part of the Marketing Performance team, your direct manager will be the Content & CRM manager. During your internship, you will contribute to a seamless and pleasant experience for our customer that encourages repeat purchases.

The CRM team is in an exciting stage, with several strategic and engaging projects to improve what we do in the longer term, while still managing the daily grind of conceiving, executing and deploying campaigns and automated programs to our base. You will be a key player, contributing high and low to help the team reach highly (but reasonably) set ambitions!

Your tasks will be :

  • Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns (especially emails, push notifications, messaging on site and in the app)
  • Working on developing and localizing brand content to/in English
  • Autonomously manage inter-team projects
  • Coordinating localization of campaigns for our key markets with our country teams
  • And of course, contribute with your ideas on how we can make big and little changes that have a big impact! Content, tests, cross-channel synergies…

At the end of your internship :

  • You will become a veritable expert at CRM practices and tools
  • You will gain a profound understanding of the role of CRM in a company, and the CRM manager role
  • You will learn how to think from a customer perspective, and letting that perspective guide the choices you make - editorial, and strategic!
  • You will have the opportunity to build confidence in managing a project from initiation to completion, with the support and feedback from your manager
  • You will learn a whole lot about digital marketing, the Paris start-up scene and photos!

Conditions :

  • contract : 6 months internship
  • starting date : Septembre 2021
  • Gratification : 800 - 1200€

Profil recherché

We are looking for a student starting the final internship.
You are interested in the customer experience, loyalty, and how these strategies contribute to the profitability of a company.
You are autonomous, and know how to take a task and run with it (you come to your manager with questions, rather than waiting until he or she asks you).
You speak impeccable English (native proficiency). Since localization of campaigns and content is a very part of this role, it is important that you are comfortable writing in English. Spoken French is not necessary (your manager is not French), but good reading comprehension is needed.
Experience with CRM tools/mass emailing and/or basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
