Centreon is expanding within key markets in Europe and beyond, boosted by the demand for IT monitoring solutions for always-on IT systems.

Our objective is both to increase our market share in these areas and to expand into new territories. In order to support this expansion, Centreon is seeking to hire a Sr. Global Partner Marketing Manager

Role :

Centreon is looking for an experienced, high-energized Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager that will be responsible for the company partner program, help building the global Centreon partner ecosystem, as well as coordinating our global focused efforts on planning and executing with our focused partners and alliances globally.

The Sr. Global Partner Marketing Manager will create and drive global partner marketing plans, initiatives and programs and work closely with various field partner sales and field marketing stakeholders as well as peers in the global marketing team to execute on the Global Partner Marketing Strategy. 

Responsibilities :

Your responsibility will cover a wide area of Strategic and Operational programs designed to get the best of our Indirect Sales Partners (VARs, Distributors) and Alliances (ISVs, OEMs, SIs) in order to support Centreon’s ambitious revenue growth across all product lines and geographies.

Partner Strategy
Along with the CMO and the Global VP of Sales, you will be responsible for creating a global vision for our Partner ecosystem as well as a global framework and program to support our ambitious revenue growth target in France, Europe and beyond.

Partner Program
You will own the Centreon Partner Program covering all our Programs, Enablement, Co-Marketing, Benefits and Requirements for Indirect Sales Partners (VARs, Distributors) and Alliances (ISVs, OEMs, SIs)

PRM: Partner Relationship Management
You will co-own the Centreon PRM infrastructure along with our Sales Operations team. Our PRM will centralize overing all our Contracts, Enablement, Co-Marketing, Content, Lead Tracking and Reporting for all our partners

Partner Communications
Manage Partner Communications: Drive regular global partner communications, newsletters, webinars and other communication to the Partner Ecosystem. Leverage content from the global and local marketing team as necessary

Partner Events and Enablement
Drive Key Partner Events: Partner Forum and Kickoff events. In conjunction with the Field Marketing, drive various partner events such as World Tour series, Trade Shows, Key ISV events, and other key cloud events e.g. joint events with Global Systems Integrators and ISVs. Plan and fund key partner events Centreon needs to sponsor or participate in.

Partner Marketing Plan
Work closely with partner leaders and Field Marketing to build and consolidate a global partner marketing plan that drives go-to-market priorities with Centreon Ecosystem Partners (Alliances, Cloud Partners, Reseller Partners and ISVs). Support the plan execution and report on metrics such as channel pipeline and partner contribution to revenue. Work closely with field teams in charge of ISVs and SIs to drive the opportunity through customized and low touch programs. 

Partner Ready Campaigns
Work with Global and Corporate Marketing to deliver partner ready campaigns with high partner leveragability: In conjunction with field marketing and partner resources drive partner readiness marketing campaigns in a box, ensuring partner adoption within the ecosystem. Review success of deployed partner campaigns in the territories 

Partner Funds
Define and Co-ordination of the partner funds: Work with Global team to facilitate the partner funding model

Reporting
Partner marketing contribution and reporting: Reporting and measurement of campaigns


Profil recherché

What do we expect :

  • Between 8 to 10-year experience in B2B Marketing - preferably in a Cloud software environment
  • 5+ years related partner marketing experience in software marketing or related technology, preferably in an EMEA or Global role
  • Strong experience in working with Channels and Alliances. Preferably at a Global or EMEA level
  • Experience in creating and managing a Global Partner Program covering all kinds of Partnerships and Alliances
  • Experience in creating and executing global partner marketing plans and programs
  • Ability to think and work strategically and analytically
  • Result-oriented and used to demonstrate success within a marketing organization in generating qualified opportunities
  • High enthusiasm and good understanding of innovative software solutions
  • Experience working with CRM and PRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools like Pardot is expected, as well as with web content management systems such as WordPress
  • Knowledge of French language is an extrat but is not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-employed person, well organized and goal-oriented, able to manage priorities and stay focused
  • “Hands-on” mentality and team player
  • Experienced in working in a virtual environment and being able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams in Europe and Globally.
