What Will You Achieve?

As part of the People & Culture team , you will play a strategic role in the success of Cegid Portugal by contributing to HR management excellence, particularly within the Technology teams (Product Management, Product Development, UX, DevOps, among others).

As a n HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Be the first HR point of contact for the Technology teams , providing support throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, training, career development, offboarding).
  • Collaborate closely with all leadership levels to understand business needs, team dynamics, and build together tailored strategies to enhance teams’ success.
  • Coach managers on team leadership (e.g. engagement, development, team restructuring).
  • Implement HR processes/policies in Portugal/África, with the support of the corporate HR team;
  • Work closely with other HRBPs and HR Operations, to ensure a cohesive and positive people experience at the company.

Profil recherché

  • Higher education in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in multinational and IT/Technology contexts.
  • Experience in implementing/managing HR processes, preferably on Performance and Talent Management topics.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of engagement, drive, and autonomy.
  • Excellent communication, proactiveness, priority management and flexibility skills.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2).
