Your mission at Cegedim :

Come to join our devOPS | prodOPS team (CAIRO, Barcelona, Bordeaux) in a hands-on technical role where you’ll be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of software development and methodologies. This job provides the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our business, and work with professional health services and product business/management to develop a full automated ecosystem deployment solution.

Responsibilities :

  • Direct management of 4 devOPS Managers and future prodOPS team 
    • Manage service delivery to ensure the availability of our health applications
    • Manage monitoring tools like: Dynatrace, Internal Cegedim Software, ELK, Grafana, Extrahop
    • Develop and manage internal relationships with Cegedim Cloud (IT) and Technical Account Managers (TAM)
    • Report SLA of each application under devOPS scope
    • Take a lead role for the day to day operations management of the prodOPS service
  • Being the main contact when an incident raised and manage crisis
  • Guarantee exploitation documentations are up to date for the prodOPS team
  • Availability to supervise severals production operations on non-business hours.

Profil recherché

Key Experience & Skills :

  • Technical team management 
  • Experience using monitoring tools like Centreon, Zabbix, different APM
  • Use to work with management/documentation tool like Jira, Confluence 
  • Drive problem management to identify, remove root cause to prevent reoccurrence and drive continual service improvement
  • Support and provide IT operations towards improved performance and reduction in costs
  • Report, communicate and update relevant stakeholders on the on-going operation of services, incident management and improvement programs, guaranteeing clarity, visibility, timeliness and expectation management to the right people using the right methods

Requirements : 

  • 3+ years of experience in technical team management
  • Service Management capabilities Service Level Management, Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
  • ITIL certification is a plus 
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills together with the ability to deliver customer presentation skills to board level
