We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our Pharmacy Display team; a recently formed and growing business unit within Cegedim Healthcare Solutions. This new solution helps our pharmacy and GP clients present and promote their products and services whilst delivering important health and wellbeing content to their customers and patients.

It’s a fixed term contract role – 6 months initially, with the potential to extend to 9-12months.

About the role

In this key role you will own and manage content delivered through our content management software platform; Pharmacy Display. You’ll be developing briefs to help direct the in-house creative design work, working with our clients, and supporting our technical and commercial teams, keeping on top of multiple activities at once.

You’ll be responsible for planning and co-ordinating the schedule and delivery of content to drive in-store digital displays in pharmacies. You will need to quickly learn about the UK pharmacy market, getting to know our customers and understanding what marketing content will help them to communicate and differentiate their business. You’ll need to navigate the consumer healthcare, health and beauty, public health and NHS markets to build relationships that bring third party content to the platform to support a well-rounded offering to customers.

Core areas of responsibility include:

  • Lead the commission and design of compelling content using video, infographics and motion graphics to populate the platform library:
  • Managing the work of our in-house Motion Designer to turn ideas into storyboards and assets that will be tailored to the pharmacy sector
  • Understanding the market to develop effective content plans backed up with metrics and reporting to demonstrate the value of the product
  • Develop a deep understanding of community pharmacy, its segments and their customers to ensure there is generic content that will drive change in customer and patient behaviour
  • Lead and commission bespoke content for group customers, ensuring content is designed to play to our strengths

Profil recherché

Your skills and experience…

We’re looking for someone who has a proven background working in a Content role, such as a Content Writer or Manager with experience of the following:

  • Managing campaigns, designing and producing channel content across multiple platforms, including scripting for video content and messaging
  • Creating and writing engaging, attention grabbing, informative yet concise content
  • Dealing with and building relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CMS systems

And you’re:

  • A natural, creative, copy writer with an eye for accuracy and detail
  • A people person, confident, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A practically minded individual with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Highly organised, comfortable working at pace, on multiple areas and activities

If you have experience of working in a technology/software business or in a healthcare environment before it would be beneficial in the role, but isn’t essential.

This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position to cover maternity leave, 6mths minimum initially with possible extension to 9-12mths. Full time, Mon-Fri 35hrs/week.

Location: UK based. The role is flexible - either working remotely or hybrid split remote from home and in office(the main office location is Leyland, Lancs). There will be requirements to travel to the office/s and client sites across the UK as needed to carry out the duties of the role and for business purposes. (Driving licence required)
