Your responsibilities

By integrating the awesome team of G&A et working with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work mainly on Tech Recruitment and other issues on implementing Talent Acquisition inside Cafeyn.

Your missions

• Hiring various profils accross different teams with a strong tech focus
• Definition of the Jobdesk with the manager
• Writting the jobdesk and shooting it on our ATS and other platforms
• Hunting, selecting and qualifying profils
• Follow up of the process between the candidate and management team
• Developing and implementing relationship with our target schools

You are at the right place if you have

• Fluent in english
• Willing to learn what is tech recruitment
• Experience in an international environment
