Your responsibilities 

The Product team is growing and is looking for his / her new Senior Product Designer ! You'll collaborate with our Head of Design, 3 product Designers & 2 Brand Designers to understand the Product vision & direction, and ensure consistency and quality of execution.

You’ll work to define, craft, and ship a world-class product. You will be relied upon to create an exemplary experience, whilst balancing user needs, technology constraints, company brand values and KPIs.

Your missions 

• Product discovery: You will work closely with our Product Managers and engineering teams. You will engage in user research, gathering data from your users & our Data Team through a structured approach and presenting your interpretation.
• Prototyping: You will produce low/hi-fidelity prototypes in order to present thoughtful solutions.
• Interaction and visual design: You will produce high fidelity designs with a strong attention to detail.
• User experience design: You’ll ensure consistency and continuity in the global experience. You will be part of the design system guild by designing, updating, and documenting components in our library.
• User testing: You’ll organize usability and user testing internally & externally and report results.
• Handoff: You will follow quality with the front-end development of these features, and give input and feedback to the front team.
• Sharing: You will reinforce and evangelize the use and knowledge of design best practices with talks and presentations.
• Processes: You’ll be part of every design ritual : stand ups, planning, review, and demos.

What are we looking for? 

You have come to the right place if you have

• You have 4-5+ years experience as a Product Designer.
• Design tools such as Figma or Sketch are no secret for you
• You have solid experience of UX design processes, tools and methodologies and are ready to take full ownership of discovery cycles
• Through user research/testing, you have demonstrated that you can translate complex problems into intuitive and enjoyable user experiences
• Strong, clean visual design sense,  experience building a design system
• Great communication skills (English and French), you can communicate complex conceptual ideas, design decisions, and research findings succinctly and effectively across different audiences.
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
