Role & Responsabilities 

Your role:

As Chief Revenue Officer, you are responsible for growing Cafeyn Group revenues (except M&A). You oversee the go-to-market strategy and teams & are the revenue touch-point.

You streamline sales, marketing and customer relationships with the help of local Heads of Sales in each region (France, Netherlands, UK, Canada) and a marketing team and leaders.

You belong to the Strategic Committee, composed of the CEO, the Deputy CEO, the Chief Strategy Officer, the Chief Technical and Product Officer and the Chief People Officer and report directly to the CEO.

Your missions:

You will be working on:

  • Growth: you manage and are responsible for all activities generating revenues

  • Developing and implementing a 360 international strategy with the support of local Heads (B2B2C/B2B/B2C launches and positioning, key operators, maturity of markets, competition, product market fit, pricing and promotion/brand strategy…)

  • Aligning and leading Sales & Marketing actions and teams to maximise their efficiency

  • Supporting your team in the most strategic meetings on the go-to-market - you are capable to be hands-on if needed and provide appropriate support and guidance when needed.

  • Planning the future and think outside of the box to find new Product / Market fits

Requirements

You are/You have:

  • High level vision & creative, adaptable, smart creative mind and out of the box thinking

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders and C-level executives

  • Detailed and result-oriented and focus on long term goals & Data driven approach and proven experience developing and executing business plans

  • Multi-market experience & Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships

  • Curiosity & cultural understanding of the streaming content industry

  • 15+ years of experience in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth in a successful international team

  • Knowledge of Sales dashboards and CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Braze…)

Location
  • This is an hybrid position and remote is allowed in every country where we have an office (France, the Netherlands, UK, Morocco)

  • Ideally, you should be able to come to the office on a regular basis to meet with the teams and business partners & prospects.

  • Presentation of the User case to our CEO and Deputy CEO

  • Call with our VC

  • Call with our Chairman
