Your role at BuzzBrothers.

• You will build a strong understanding of your client’s business, industry & short term / long term needs
• You will create big ideas, brand architecture/positioning and value propositions
• You will develop strategic recommendations in line with the vision of the brand
• You will provide clear, compelling creative direction through succinct creative brief writing
• You will monitor social and cultural trends to uncover their impact on consumers’ attitudes and behaviours for our clients business
• You will develop, request and coordinate research projects, as needed
• You will work hand in hand with our Consumer Insight & Media Amplification teams
• You will be a invaluable and proactive partner to your Account Directors and above
• You have strong & constructive day-to-day relationship with the Creative Director and Creative Teams
• You participate in developing new business or supporting new business efforts

• You are a digital native with significant experience in advertising or digital agencies (+3 years)
• You have a solid knowledge of traditional and digital landscape and understand the business implications of Social Media, Influence, SEO/SEA, CRM…
• You stimulate the creative process with thoughts, ideas and insights
• You are self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit with vision and leadership to help facilitate change within a team and client’s organization
• You have exceptional oral and written communication skills in both english and french
• You are a strong, persuasive presenter and a great listener
• You are fast thinking, nimble & adaptable.
• You have an excellent ability to analyze and synthesize
• You are flexible and client-oriented, with a great team spirit
