Significant agency / client services mindset & experience, or with several different companies/projects: versatility and adaptability is key: it’s not always possible to do research or testing to deliver our recommandations.
An arsenal of methods and tools, and the pragmatism to always choose or adapt to the right or the most adapted ones for any given project or team.
Excellent communication, teaching and explaining skills: you are able to source, document, produce, present, and argument your recommendations to anyone from client executives to creatives and developers.
A solid business sense: you are an advocate for user needs, and also great at balancing them with business requirements.
Fluent in English both for written and spoken presentation. Speaking French would be a huge plus.
Solid knowledge of UX best practices when it comes to mobile and touch-based interactions, responsive design, SEO and e-commerce platforms.
Not being afraid to switch from UI incremental improvement to UX recommendations, from wireframing to pitch work, from design reviews to client workshops.
Any experience in gamification, loyalty programs, CRMs or front-end development would be appreciated.
5+ years of experience in UX Design.
EU citizen or Swiss work permit is mandatory.
Up to speed with, or ability to adapt to various tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision.

Our recruitment process (2 weeks to a month):
Step 0: After applying here, we’ll send you a pre-screening form where we’ll ask you few more items, application resume, recommendations, visa situation & portfolio. It may be a bit redundant with this application here, but don’t worry it’s not that bad,
Step 1: If the pre-screening is all ok, we’ll plan a 30 mins screening hangout with our UX Director to discuss your motivations and introduce you to BB (30mins)
Step 2: Business case + portfolio intro + answering your questions with our UX Director & 1 of our UX Team members (2h)
Step3: Meeting with our Head of Digital (30 mins)
Step4: Meeting with our CEO (30 mins)
