Your role at Buzz Brothers

You are part of the Animation Studio within the Creative team of the agency (40+ people).
You will work with our Art Directors, 3D Artists & other fellow Motion Designers. You will also collaborate closely with Account Managers and Producers on each topic.

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will lead your animation projects from a creative and technical perspective, with the goal of always pushing creativity & quality to the max.

You will craft videos to bring ideas to life through impactful animation.

You will be the go-to person for video animations, sharing your expertise & ideas with Art Directors in the conception phase.

On a daily basis you will work for various brands, for both global and local markets.

Your scope will cover 360 advertising campaigns, video editing, motion graphics, typography animation, animated branding, mood/manifesto videos, and much more!

Your creativity will be key at every stage!

What makes us eager to know you…

You have 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency or a creative studio.
You have a portfolio with finished professional works.
You master the entire video production workflow, from storyboarding, to format adaptations.
You have a solid technical background: After Effect & Premiere are your best friends and you like to spice your work up with a bit of 3D (C4D/Blender)!

You have a perfect sense of animation, rhythm, and a keen eye for graphic design and typography.
You set high standards for yourself and love to craft each detail.
You see the world in motion and love to stay up to date, both technically and creatively.

You understand branding and you like advertising.
You have a good understanding of the digital world, its constraints and possibilities.

You know how to meet deadlines and deliver at the best level of quality.
You can work autonomously with a strong sense of organization. Your files are exemplary cleaned at each step of the project.
You have a high dose of flexibility & energy, to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing environment.
You display an exemplary behavior with colleagues, clients, and partners.
You are passion-driven, and want to explore, propose and share fresh ideas.

You are fluent in French and/or English.
