Your role at BuzzBrothers.

We are are looking for an experienced agency account manager, to help us grow the right way!

You would be:

• The day-to-day client contact

• Leading projects from start (brief) to finish (delivery and closing)

• Creating great briefs with client and planners

• In charge of project scoping (cost estimates and timelines)

• Coordinating internal & external teams to work on the project

• Ensuring high level strategic coordination

• Securing delivery on time, on brief, and on budget

• Owning the end quality of deliverables, giving final approval before delivery

What makes us eager to know you…

• Solid digital/advertising/communication agency experience (5+ years) and a focus on creative campaigns and brand content.

• Good knowledge of creative and strategic agency work

• A good eye for creative, and a good ear for marketing.

• Strong knowledge of the creation and production of campaign and brand assets

• Strong manager of client expectations, either directly or with an Account Director.

• Happy to lead projects from start (brief) to finish (delivery and closing)

• Secure in your ability to drive multiple projects at the same time, thanks to your sound sense of priorities and your impeccable organizational skills.

• Used to working closely with in-house experts, as we have all sorts of creative, technical, and specialized consultants to make your project a reality.

• Smart at scoping projects, transforming the vaguest briefs into a clear deliverable list and action plan

• Skilled at balancing people and process, knowing how to get the best of everyone, client included, without dropping the ball on good project management hygiene and process compliance.

• Fluent in French & English
