We’re looking for our Strategic Planning Director!

Your impact at Buzz Brothers.
You will work within the Strategic Planning Team and report directly to the Chief Creative Strategy Officer.
You are seen as a strategic partner by your clients.
You are an inspiring leader and responsible for the growth of other strategic planners.
You are able to develop simple frameworks to explain complicated topics.
You own traditional and digital communications and master consumer experience thinking across Social Media, Influence, SEO/SEA, CRM.
You nurture big ideas, design brand architectures and generate commercially savvy propositions.
You craft compelling narratives, articulate manifestos and inspire the creative team through solid messaging.
You are naturally curious about social and cultural trends and understand their impact on consumers’ attitudes and behaviours for our clients business.
You develop, request and coordinate research projects, as needed.
You are an invaluable and proactive partner for the other functions of the agency.
You have strong & constructive day-to-day relationship with the Creative Director and Creative Teams.
You participate in developing new business or supporting new business efforts.
