You will join the product team as a UI Designer to take part in the evolution of our platform.

Bsport is in full expansion and wishes to highlight its brand image in a premium market in constant evolution. Our goal is to differentiate the platform through a design rework of our various tools and develop a true visual identity. In this sense your missions will be :

Be responsible for the visual identity of Bsport.

• manage the graphic redesign of the backoffice
• create a new design system
• implement the new identity on the whole platform

Be at the core of the design

• reflection on the customer need with the PO
• reflection on the UI with the PO
• design realization

Be on the lookout for new trends

• keep up to date with UI trends
• benchmarking

Be a source of proposals for new tools, processes and solutions

To summarize, you will be the UI referent on the platform. You will be the one who will carry the future vision of the design of the Bsport platform.

Our offices are located in the center of Barcelona, so we are looking for someone willing to join us in our Spanish adventure.

• Higher education (year+4/+5) in a design school or graphic design school
• At least 2 years of experience as a UI Designer
• A good command of Figma or equivalent software (Sketch, Adobe Xd…)
• A sharp sense for well designed interfaces (UI)
• A good level of written/oral English to communicate with the different teams

The little extras:

• A first experience in an agile start-up
• A first experience in the design creation or rework of a platform

Of course, you don’t have to meet all the criteria. We are above all looking for a motivated person who knows how to adapt and how to make proposals.
