Job description

As our new Team Lead, you will own the onboarding and the coaching of the BDs in the FR Sales Team. Thus, you will have a key role in developing a strong and performing Team. You will also be in charge of managing the daily operations requests from the team and managing the Sales pipe.

You will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

What you will do

  • Onboard newcomers and coach them until they become rockstars
  • Actively participate in the recruitment process (Business case round)
  • Centralise team members operational requests
  • Work with the Sales Manager to optimise processes and increase Sales efficiency
  • Be a key member of the Leadership group and work with other managers to define the company’s strategic goals (OKR) and execute on cross functional projects

You will be joining an early-stage mission-driven company, that has been very resilient to go through the Covid crisis and is now entering into a new hypergrowth phase
You will help building and leading the FR BDs Team, based in Paris
You will actively participate in the development of Brigad in France.

Preferred experience

Energy: you are an energetic leader and lead by example
Experience: you have a successful Sales experience in a fast growth environment and master the entire sales process / cycle
Mindset: as a good pedagogue, you love onboarding and coaching people and you are good at giving feedbacks
Organisation: you have excellent time management skills and you are able to work on various topics
Ownership and execution: you have a business owner mindset and look into details to improve performance
Communication and language skills: fluency in oral and written English

Recruitment process

  1. Call with our HR and/or our Sales Manager
  2. Interview with the Hiring Manager
  3. Case study on site or remotely
  4. “Core values” interview with a Senior Brigad employee (most often with a C-Level!)
