A few months ago, we have successfully launched a new vertical: Brigad now allows Healthcare facilities such as EHPAD and Hospitals to find on-demand staff. We are looking to reinforce our Team dedicated to this new Business Unit with an experienced Key Account Executive to transform the leaders of the Healthcare Industry into active clients of Brigad!

Job description

Your mission
Based in our Paris offices, your role will consist in turning the leading players in the Healthcare industry into Brigad’s clients (private and public hospitals, EHPAD groups, etc). You will have to create strong relationships with decision makers such as HR Directors, Business Unit and Regional Directors, Innovation Managers… You will be in charge of the Sales Cycle from A to Z, from leveraging your network to create strong relationships with clients to launching a pilot and manage the transition with our Key Account Management team.


  • Create strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers.
  • Engage with operational managers to generate strong interest and turn them into advocates of Brigad
  • Engage with all stakeholders on the path to make Brigad an official supplier (Finance, Legal, etc)
  • Close deals and manage pilots successfully by activating sites on the platform and by being their key point of contact during the pilot phase
  • Transfer accounts to the Key Account Management team
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Finance teams to maximize your chances of success and to provide them with direct feedback from clients

Preferred experience

You will be a driven and motivated individual with exceptional sales and communication skills and the ability to create meaningful connections fast.

We would love to meet someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience either in Sales/ Business Development with key accounts or HR-related transformational program management in a Healthcare group
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A proven track record and a focus on hitting targets
  • A highly positive and contagious energy
  • Demonstrated an ability to work autonomously
  • An existing network in the Healthcare industry (Hospitals/ Care homes) is a strong plus
  • Native French is a must, a good level of English is also required

  2. In-depth interview and business case with Julia, our Head of Sales and our COO Nicolas. This will be the occasion to discover Brigad in more details and demonstrate why you’re the best fit for this job.
