Job description

Based in our Paris offices, your role will consist in scaling our Key Accounts deployment in the Hospitality industry by setting up a precise and methodical playbook. You will be in charge of growing your portfolio by activating all sites in your perimeter. You will work closely with other teams to optimize this deployment.


→ Key Account Development

  • Master the key accounts organizations and build a clean mapping.
  • Build relationships with regional directors, regional managers and sites directors to accelerate the deployment and activate sites.
  • Maximize Growth Margin Value per business during their first use of the platform.
  • Build your forecast & define new business opportunities (new types of jobs, new cities…).

→ Key Account Strategy

  • Optimize KA deployment playbook.
  • Provide feedback (product, user experience,…) from the frontlines to the relevant Brigad teams.
  • Work closely with marketing, community experience & product team to have a successful deployment phase.
  • Work closely with our Customer Success Management team and operate a smooth transition between the two teams.

Preferred experience

We would love to meet someone who has:

  • A previous experience in Business Development and especially dealing with Key Accounts
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Very high resiliency
  • A proven track record and a focus on hitting targets
  • A highly positive and contagious energy
  • Demonstrated an ability to work autonomously
  • Native French is a must, a good level of English is also required

Recruitment process

  1. Call Interview with Rémi, our KA Deployment Manager, to get to know you a little better and answer any questions you may have about the position, Brigad’s values & mission and the recruitment process.
  2. Interview with Rémi and Fabien (Country Manager France), our Sales Team Lead. This will include an in-house case study.
  3. Core values in-person interview with 2 senior Brigad employees (including a C-Level executive!)
