→ Mission

If you’re a dynamic and fast-learner who is interested in an internship for an international start-up company, then this could be the role for you! Situated within the Ops Team, the engine of Brigad, you will shadow and then take the ownership of key processes for our users (both Businesses and Talents), matching offers and demands. You will also handle care tasks such as calling Talents on their first missions, or calling Business regarding a negative experience.

This is a unique opportunity to get a 360° vision of the community experience team at Brigad.
This task involves all sectors that Brigad currently covers (Hospitality and Healthcare) in both France and the UK.

→ Responsibilities

-Take ownership of a Community Experience processes
-Be the point of contact of Talents and the Businesses and manage claims and situations
-Build a strong understanding of the product and its functionalities
-Ensure cross team communication for processes execution
-Check high priority missions and take necessary actions to ensure they get staffed


Profil recherché

Does the following applied to you ?

  • Used to communicating by phone. Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Speak French & English fluently
  • Can adapt to all types of users
