Job description

→ Your mission

You will be part of the CRM team, within the marketing team.

The role of the CRM team is to increase user activation, engagement and retention for both talents and businesses, in FR and UK, on all our verticals.

As a CRM specialist, you will be in charge of implementing personalised, multichannel CRM campaigns, ensuring relevant and targeted communications are sent to users at the right moment.

You will report directly to the CRM Manager.

→ Your responsibilities

More concretely, your role as CRM specialist will be to:

  • Handle the run and day to day production management of multi-channel communications from A to Z: content creation, email creation in our tool, sending, reporting and data analysis

  • Increase the CRM impact on talents reactivation. To do so, you will need to test & learn… a lot!
    But also fine-tune targetings, understand behaviours, compare performances… You will constantly analyse the campaigns to identify what to improve, how to improve it and then test it!

  • Help on defining and deploying the oneshot communication calendar

  • Work on email templating

  • Create great and impactful content inline with our brand guidelines and tone of voice

  • Follow-up closely deliverability and email performances

Preferred experience

If you …

  • Already have a first experience in digital marketing. If you worked on some CRM topics and with any CRM tool (such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, Braze…) it would be a strong plus.
  • Master perfectly the magic of words and feel at ease with writing content
  • Have a good level of English (Brigad is an international environment where English is our daily communication language)
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Have a data-driven approach: you analyse each of your actions and take decisions according to what the figures tell you
  • Have a good ability to prioritise
  • Are curious, autonomous and proactive - you find ideas to get the most out of our tools and sendings
  • Are a real team player (you will have to work with the marketing team but also many other teams)
